These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of www.airveta.com (the "Website"), which is owned and operated by AIRVETA, LLC ("AIRVETA," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Website Purpose

The Website provides general information about AIRVETA™, its technology, capabilities, markets, business activities, and related subjects. Website content is provided for general informational and business-development purposes only and does not constitute a contractual commitment, technical specification, warranty, guarantee, professional advice, or representation that any particular product, service, feature, integration, or capability will be available or appropriate for a particular application.

PROTECT.™, and other AIRVETA names, marks, graphics, designs, and brand elements displayed on the Website are trademarks, service marks, trade dress, copyrighted works, or other proprietary assets of AIRVETA, LLC, as applicable.

Nothing on the Website grants any license or right to use AIRVETA trademarks, logos, brand assets, or other proprietary materials without prior written authorization from AIRVETA.

4. Permitted Use

You may access and use the Website for lawful informational and legitimate business purposes. You may download materials that AIRVETA expressly makes available for download, such as capability statements, industry briefs, or other corporate materials, for internal informational and evaluation purposes, provided that you do not remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices.

Permission to download or view a document does not transfer ownership of the document or any AIRVETA intellectual property contained in it.

AIRVETA does not represent that Website information or use of AIRVETA technology will prevent security incidents, unlawful activity, property damage, personal injury, operational disruption, or other adverse events. Organizations remain responsible for their own security decisions, procedures, regulatory compliance, and operational response.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
