Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 26, 2026

AIRVETA, LLC ("AIRVETA," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to responsible handling of information collected through www.airveta.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Website, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide. We may collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact AIRVETA™ through the Website, including:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Company or organization
  • Information included in an inquiry, message, or other communication
  • Other information you choose to provide

Limited Technical Information. The Website and its supporting infrastructure may process limited technical information necessary to deliver, secure, and operate the Website, such as IP address, browser or device information, request timing, and server or security logs. AIRVETA does not use this information for cross-site behavioral tracking or advertising.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect personal information directly from you when you voluntarily submit it through the Website or otherwise communicate with AIRVETA. Limited technical information may also be processed automatically as part of normal website operation, security, and server functionality.

3. How We Use Information

AIRVETA may use information collected through the Website to:

  • Respond to inquiries and requests;
  • Communicate with prospective customers, partners, vendors, and other business contacts;
  • Evaluate potential business relationships and opportunities;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website;
  • Understand aggregate Website usage;
  • Protect AIRVETA, the Website, and users against fraud, misuse, security threats, or unlawful activity;
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and lawful governmental requests; and
  • Conduct legitimate AIRVETA business operations.

We do not use information submitted through the Website for materially unrelated purposes without appropriate notice.

4. No Sale or Behavioral Advertising

AIRVETA does not sell personal information. AIRVETA does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not use advertising or social-media tracking pixels on the Website.

The Website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, advertising pixels, or similar cross-site behavioral tracking technologies.

5. Cookies

The Website uses only limited cookies necessary for Website functionality:

  • session_id - an Odoo platform cookie used to maintain the web session; and
  • frontend_lang - an Odoo platform cookie used to remember language preference.

AIRVETA does not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Website Analytics and Tracking

AIRVETA uses a self-hosted instance of Plausible Analytics on plausible.airveta.com to understand aggregate Website usage and improve the Website. Plausible is configured to operate without cookies, cross-site tracking, or user fingerprinting.

On page load, the Website connects only to AIRVETA-controlled domains, including airveta.com and plausible.airveta.com. The Website does not load third-party advertising or tracking resources. The LinkedIn link appearing on the Website is an outbound link only; nothing is loaded from LinkedIn unless a visitor chooses to click that link.

Because AIRVETA does not engage in collection of personally identifiable information about visitors' online activities over time and across third-party websites for behavioral tracking, the Website does not currently respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals. AIRVETA does not permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information through the Website for cross-site behavioral tracking.

7. Service Providers and Other Disclosures

AIRVETA may use service providers to support its business operations and technology infrastructure. Where a service provider processes personal information on AIRVETA's behalf, AIRVETA limits access to what is reasonably necessary to provide the applicable service and uses appropriate contractual or other safeguards where required.

AIRVETA may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process;
  • Respond to lawful requests from governmental authorities;
  • Protect the rights, property, security, or safety of AIRVETA or others;
  • Investigate suspected fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity; or
  • Facilitate a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.

8. Data Security

AIRVETA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information under its control. However, no Internet transmission, electronic storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and AIRVETA cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

AIRVETA retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, conduct legitimate business operations, satisfy legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements.

10. Your Privacy Choices

You may contact AIRVETA to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have voluntarily provided through the Website, subject to applicable law and legitimate business, security, or legal retention requirements. Requests may be submitted through the Contact page at www.airveta.com.

Depending on where you reside and the laws applicable to AIRVETA, you may have additional privacy rights. AIRVETA will honor applicable privacy rights when and to the extent required by law.

Because AIRVETA does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, AIRVETA does not currently provide a separate 'Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information' mechanism.

11. Children's Privacy

The Website is intended for business and general informational purposes and is not directed to children under 13. AIRVETA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Website. If AIRVETA learns that such information has been collected, it will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Third-Party Websites

The Website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties, including LinkedIn. AIRVETA is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third-party websites or services. Visiting a third-party site is subject to that third party's own terms and privacy practices.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

AIRVETA may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in its practices, technologies, legal requirements, or business operations. When changes are made, AIRVETA will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this Privacy Policy. If a change materially affects how AIRVETA handles personal information, AIRVETA will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
